In our apartment you´ll find main open space area, consists of living room area with sofa, TV set (+ free Netflix for you) and spacious dining table. There is also nicely equipped kitchen corner. In the private bedroom you will find two spacious and comfortable double beds. Design of the room is very unique. Bathroom is very clean and new, you´ll find here shower corner as well as washing machine. In the entrance hall there is a storage room.
INTERNET is for free with 20Mb download and 2Mb upload speed. You will have NETFLIX with international channels. For your safety, there is first aid kit and fire extinguisher. We like children, so if you need baby cot, dining chair or toys, it will be there for you. We will meet you in person at CHECK-IN and show you the apartment.
NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is located centrally. Famous Charles Bridge is just few minutes walking by foot. Area around the apartment is awesome and unique as well. From one side you can reach the river Vltava just in 2 minutes, from the other you have beautiful parks 5 minutes away by foot. If you want to try some local food or drinks, the flat is surrounded by restaurants, bars and cafés.
HOW TO GET AROUND
The nearest tram stop Ujezd is only 1 minute away from the apartment. The closest metro stop Malostranska is about 1 km away. If you arrive by train, you can take tram to stop Ujezd, it takes about 10 minutes. If you arrive by bus to Florenc station, you can take metro line B to stop Narodni trida and there change to tram which will take you to stop Ujezd, it takes about 14 minutes. From the airport, it takes around 45 minutes by public transport and 20 minutes by taxi or Uber. Uber works well in Prague.

Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.
Hosts are mainly interested in the profile of their guest. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your booking will more likely get approved.
All the properties listed on Flatio must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and Wi-Fi included. In rare cases, a property may not offer Wi-Fi – this is always clearly stated on the listing page.
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the hosts offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without Flatio is not that easy.
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every listing. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the hosts on Flatio.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

Transparency and simplicity. We are the only operator in the market to offer a single lease agreement for everything.

Guarantee of legal certainty. The lease agreements are in full compliance with the laws of the country where the lease is negotiated via Flatio. No matter whether you stay there for one or twelve months.

Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.

Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.

Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.

All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Stay Benefits won’t apply - Coverage by deposit
For bookings of 180 days or longer, the host requires a refundable deposit.
Please note that the deposit is a full substitute for the Stay Benefits plan. Therefore, this plan that includes extra liability and assistance service insurance won’t be applied to this booking.
Nevertheless, rest assured that you will continue to be covered under our standard StayProtection package, only with the Stay Benefits excluded.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
