1 dormitorio de matrimonio cama de 150x200 con armario empotrado y balcón a la calle, 1 dormitorio individual con litera de 0,90x200 con armario empotrado y balcón a la calle, 1 habitación de estudio con mesa y silla de escritorio, 1 baño completo W.C. lavabo, bidet, bañera, champú y gel de baño, cocina totalmente equipada con placa de inducción, horno eléctrico, microondas, lavavajillas, frigorífico-combi No-Frost, Cafetera, hervidor, menaje, lavadora-secadora, calefacción con placas eléctricas, comedor-salón con televisión y gran balcón a calle principal. Mucha luz. Todo exterior. Muy céntrico en la mejor zona de Vilanova i la Geltrú tranquilo por estar junto a Calle Peatonal a dos calles de Rambla principal y plaza del ayuntamiento, con todo tipo de comercios alrededor, centros médicos, bancos, restaurantes, mercado municipal, peluquerías, colegios, polideportivo....a 8 minutos de la estación del Tren donde también se encuentran estación del Bus y parada de Taxis. a 10 minutos a pie de las magnificas playas de Vilanova (Costa del Garraf que enlazan con las de la Costa Daurada) Es un lugar ideal tanto para trabajar como para ocio ya que se encuentra cerca de otras poblaciones de gran interés turístico y cultural donde también hay buenos restaurantes. Esta vivienda no es turística, es para alquiler exclusivo a trabajadores y estudiantes.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the living space is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
