Very easy to use, responsive. The one issue that has caught us out is the 24hr response time for Landlords. We have had occions where we have been advised that the dates are not available but still the landlord's do not reject the booking but it is not ideal to make another booking prior to the time running out. This has happened to us twice recently with last minute bookings. We ended up booking our most recent booking through Airbnb for this reason.

Yes, you could definitely write down the same number of days and nights. I payed for 30 but stayed 29. So before booking you write down the bigger number then after payment.

As a landlord, I love Flatio! I have done some searches for places to stay myself, and I wish that Flatio would not list as destinations countries or cities where Flatio does not have any listings at all, as I have spent some time clicking through to various regions or cities only to find that there are zero homes on the Flatio platform in that area (for example - Canada, Curaçao, or the Dominican Republic). Perhaps you could at least put the number of listings beside the destination name (even if the number of listings is zero), or make a section for future Flatio destinations to let owners who have properties in those regions know that Flatio would like to carry listings for those specific destinations. FYI there are some plum markets in Canada where short term vacation rentals are being regulated out of the market, leaving strong opportunities for mid-term rentals. Might be worth some marketing dollars! I'm doing my part to spread the word. Keep up the good work!
