The apartment is very clean, rather quiet and nice. A little color (all grey-and white) will be cool to add. The host is very cooperative.

I was extrememly happy with my Stay! The place was clean and everything you needed was there. The location was great as well. Close to transit and supermarkets. Bertha was a great host. She even got a desk for the room so I would have a comfortable place to work. I highly recommend staying there for a short or a long stay.

Nice flat in very peaceful area.

We had a very pleasant stay, and the agency which manages the property was quick to answer any queries we had. A minor nuisance happened when they entered the apartment (to bring a pair of scissors which was missing) without letting us know in advance.

Apart from that, everything went smoothly. The apartment is very functional. Moreover, we got our deposit back in full within two weeks of the checkout. (We are very careful in general not to damage anything, but this is always a stressful part of renting!)/

Everything was clean and the flat was as in the pictures! It is located near everything you need (cafe, metro station etc.). The owner was really nice and helped when you asked for something. I really enjoyed my stay!

We loved this apartment! It is in a fantastic location, central to most things in Barcelona, including public transportation. It has everything you need for a month-long stay. The bed was comfortable, the AC was cold (during the Summer heat wave), and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The terrace was a lovely addition; we ate many meals out there. And Mireia was a pleasure to work with!

Excellent apartment in an excellent location.

Building Urbana was prompt and professional. They communicated proactively and delivered everything they promised. Weekly cleanings were great. And a couple of items that needed fixing were fixed quickly and fully.
The flat was not quiet - very loud neighbors and dogs and lots of drunk people shouting and singing at all hours. So bring eye masks and ear plugs.

Sunny flat, perfect terrace and location. Would love to stay here again.

Apartment is in a great location. Nice park, restaurants and grocery right outside the door. Just a short walk from most of the major tourist attractions.
Common areas of the apartment were well maintained. Wi-Fi worked great- no issues at all. I was even able to connect outside at the park. This made working remotely very easy.
Apartment was overall as advertised. Adequate furnishings and kitchen items. Air conditioning worked well. We had linens and basic cleaning items as well.
Only a few minor complaints. Lots of wear and tear was visible in the apartment - cracks in paint, stains on the floor, etc. We had two situations when we blew a fuse and had to switch it on. One occasion there were sparks from an outlet. We also had some difficulty connecting with the landlord to get a replacement key. We got it but it took longer than we expected (nearly a week).
One other note- we had difficulty finding the apartment initially. Our cab dropped us at the wrong location. We tried to call the landlord but they said we were in the right spot. It wasn’t until I contacted the individual who was meeting us that I learned we were in the wrong spot. I should have provided a cross street to the cab driver.

Landlords responded to any queries I had and also very helpful with explaining things when first moving in.

The apartment is nice. We had some issues during our stay, but the landlord was always quick to respond and the issues got solved in a day or two.

Perfect flat to stay a month or month, the interior design is super cool and it's in a perfect location less than 3 blocks from the metro and buses, around 20 mins from the barceloneta beach using public transport. Really enjoyable stay and the landlord Alexis has been great at every moment, would definitely consider coming back and recommend 100%!!

Had a few issues with the shower pressure and water but was mostly sorted out and they were great with communication.

Great location, close to the action but very quiet. A wonderful, clean, modern, and spacious apartment with a huge terrace. We really felt comfortable in this space. It had a great layout and even though it was a studio, it didn't feel like one. We'd highly recommend this apt to anyone.

Amazing place, hard time getting security deposit back, asking for bank numbers which we don’t feel comfortable giving

The flat is very clean and cozy. We had a great time there during our first two months in Barcelona. Check-in and check-out were very simple and smooth. We had minimum communication during the stay because everything was working perfectly. Just one suggestion that I wanted to mention is that it is great to add a bit more storage space for clothes. But for short-term stays, I suppose there is enough of it. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

The apartment was perfect for a short stay while I found long-term accommodation. The studio is very well organised and laid out, so it feels very big and the areas feel separated. Very pleased with my stay.
