Margarida is a very good and friendly hostess! The room was very comfortable. I had everything one could wish for. Good fi fi and workspace on the computer. Cleanliness and comfort in the apartment and room. The apartment is close to all the attractions of Lisbon. I enjoyed my stay at Margarida. I recommend this wonderful place to everyone!

o apartamento mesmo sendo pequeno é muito agrádavel. é muitissimo bem localizado e ainda assim em uma rua bem calma para ser no centro de Lisboa. o prédio em si é bem seguro e o local também é muito seguro e bem familiar. dispoe de todos os itens básicos para cozinhar, e fazer o primeiro café... o apartamento é muito bem iluminado e tem luzes agradaveis. o chuveiro é fantástico e como cheguei em um dia um pouco mais frio Miguel e Sonia colocaram aquecedores a disposicao que funcionaram super bem. o apartamento é seco e ao mesmo tempo bem isolado e ventilado... Miguel nos deu otimas dicas de restaurantes baratos e bons nas próximidades do apartamento. a comunicacao foi super descomplicada e objetiva. tanto com miguel como com sonia. para quem quer vivenciar um pouco da vida portuguesa é um ótimo lugar.

There are not enough words to describe the impressions of Pedro's apartment. Excellent location in a residential area, there are shops nearby, within walking distance of a shopping center, metro and train station. The apartment itself is very sunny and green. it is felt that the apartment has a soul, it all creates a wonderful atmosphere. Especially, I want to note the wonderful terrace that complements this apartment. The apartment is perfect for long stays. Pedro is very friendly, open to communication and always ready to answer! Definitely recommend, you won't want to leave!

Ich und 4 Kollegen hatten das Vergnügen, in diesem wunderschönen Apartment in Lissabon zu übernachten und wir können es nur empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die man sich für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt wünschen kann. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet - in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station Rato. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich jedoch die unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft der Kontaktperson, die jederzeit für uns da war und uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Sie war sogar außerhalb der normalen Geschäftszeiten erreichbar und half uns bei allen Fragen und Anliegen. Ich war wirklich beeindruckt von ihrem Engagement und ihrer Professionalität. Insgesamt war es ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt und ich würde jederzeit wieder in diesem Apartment übernachten. Ich kann es jedem Reisenden nur empfehlen, der eine gemütliche Unterkunft in Lissabon sucht und eine wirklich außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft erleben möchte.

The apartment is in good condition with all the necessary amenities, including regular cleaning every 15 days. Although there was a minor blockage issue, it was promptly resolved by the landlord's worker, and the apartment was clean and redecorated. The landlord was accommodating and understanding when I had difficulty making a payment on time. The area is safe and has everything you need within reach. The landlord was sociable and always willing to help. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe place to live.

Sonia was a lovely host she went above and beyound to make sure I was comfortable. She helped with a charger when I didnt have one she lelped with booking my bus ride and just helping to navigate the city. It was an absolute pleasure staying there. The place is clean and welcoming. I will definitely stay there àgain.

Spacious apartment at a great location off the tourist trail, close to transport, restaurants. shops, supermarkets, banks, post office, gym, parks etc. Landlord very helpful. Good choice for remote workers or those with a business in Lisbon. Beware: Winter months are getting quite cold in there. Noise from the street can reach annoying levels at times.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this charming apartment, and I must say, it boasts a fantastic location that's perfect for exploring the city. The apartment itself is quite cozy and has a lovely atmosphere that makes you feel at home the moment you step in. For remote workers, you'll be delighted to know that the internet connection is exceptionally strong and reliable, ensuring you can stay productive during your stay. The apartment is very well-equipped with all the amenities you could ask for, including a well stocked kitchen that has a lot of what you would need to whip up your favorite meals. This level of attention to detail is impressive and makes it feel like a home away from home. However, there are some drawbacks to this otherwise lovely apartment. The most significant issue is the noise. The apartment is situated in a bustling part of town, and the noise from the streets, neighbors, and nearby establishments can make it quite challenging to get a good night's sleep. If you're a light sleeper or someone who values peace and quiet, this might not be the ideal place for you. Another downside is the bed. The mattress itself is uncomfortable and seems to be on the smaller side, making it especially tough for taller people to get a good night's rest. I'd recommend the host consider upgrading to a more comfortable and larger bed to cater to a broader range of guests. In conclusion, this apartment has many great features, such as its fantastic location, cozy ambiance, and well-equipped amenities. However, the noise levels and uncomfortable bed might be a deal-breaker for some. I could not have asked for a better house, nor better people to stay with for my first month in Lisbon. They are welcoming, respectful, helpful, and never once have I felt out of place. The room was clean, sunny, and it felt very much like a home. I cannot recommend this house enough, I have felt incredibly fortunate to stay with them, and I hope you recognize that too <3

Absolutely hospitable and comfortable stay! We were cozy as at home. The landlord and his charming wife bought additionally all the necessary little things for the house at our request. The landlords helped with setting up the equipment in the house. In addition, after we reported problems with Wi-Fi, the landlords sent a master to the apartment who installed a high-speed router. We had all the conditions for a great living. The landlords were careful of our private space, while always being in touch. I am strongly recommend this flat.

Pedro was a great host. We had a slight issue with the power going out and he was quick to respond and resolve for us. The apartment is quaint and nicely decorated, lots of plants, a spacious balcony and air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom. The apartment is well placed with local amenities nearby, and a metro stop only 10 minutes or so walk away. I’d highly recommend Pedro’s home to others!

The apartment is gorgeous. It is clear that the landlords put in a lot of effort in making this apt a place like home. They are very welcoming, accommodating and responsive to messages, always there to help with whatever question or problem may arise (also very helpful and flexible when it comes to agreeing on a time to do the handover / takeover of the apartment). Since the temperatures were rather low in the morning and the evening during the start of February, I struggled a bit with the fact that there is no central heating for the entire apartment. However, the landlords provide a mobile heater that works perfectly for the bedrooms. Also, during midday the apartment gets a lot of sunshine which also heats the apartment. The landlords put a lot of thought into what one might need during one’s stay and have all the appliances, devices, kitchenware, etc. readily available in the apartment - down to things like a hair dryer, a power strip, or even a bottle of water, seasonings, coffee pads to help you get started). I really loved staying at their apartment.
