We recommend contacting a potential tenant as soon as you approve a reservation request. If they don’t communicate with you even after you reach out to them, please let us know by email at support@flatio.com, and we will try to contact the tenant ourselves.
If the tenant does not answer our customer support either, we will work with you to resolve the situation. If a potential tenant hasn't yet completed the lease agreement contract with you, then it is most likely that the entire reservation will be canceled. If that happens, your property is advertised again automatically.
