COZY STUDIO APARTMENT IN THE CITY

I stayed in this studio for 2 months. It is just the perfect place for one person! Central location, close to public transportation. At night it is very loud so it was necessary to sleep with earplugs, but it was not a problem for me. The corridor balcony is absolutely magical place!
Washing machine - working, small electric cooker, microwave, dishes, fridge.
I stayed there during the summertime so it was ok but I think that in winter it must be freezing cold.

- chtělo by to obměnit, doplnit kuchynské náčiní
- není tam moc denního světla
Majitel byl milý, ochotný, problémy řešil tak rychle jak to šlo, komunikace v angličtina bezvadná, na zprávy reagoval rychle.

Neighborhood
na kraji známé židovské čtvrti, hlavní trasa tramvaje asi 4 min chůze,
Centrum Deák Ferenc asi 10 min chůze. Do 5 minut jste v okolí mnoha restaurací, podniků, kaváren na Király út. Před domem park i parkovací místa (placená). Hned v domě Spar. Hodně bezdomovců, ale jsou neškodní.

This accommodation did not have all the necessary equipment, it is marked on the advert for 8 people only we were 4 and that was just right. There were major problems with the upstairs neighbour, the owner did little to change this.

Cute, little flat that is perfect for a short term stay. Sometimes it got a bit noisy but that's because the flat is located in a very central and vibrant area of Budapest, which I liked a lot. Communication with the landlord was great, when I had an issue she immediately helped!

I was in the apartment for 4 months, it is really cute and cozy! And in a perfect location. Elizabeth is very nice and very approachable. I really liked the location, the huge bed and the cool bathroom. The only things to consider is that it doesn't have a loundry (but there is one inside the market) and that it gets a bit noisy sometimes. Overall, it was a really nice experience, and it's perfect for short to medium stay!! :)

Neighborhood
It's in the center of Budapest, near metro and tram stations. It has a huge market right next to the house inside the mall. It was my first experience in the city and I'm happy that I rent this apartment.

Kisuzem is a very cool bar next to the klauzal park and kiraly street is one block away. Close to everything.
