Literally, everything was perfect... the location is right in the city center, everywhere is within walking distance... the amenities are above what is needed.. the whole team is very helpful and Martina helped with everything during my whole stay...thank you so much..=)

This was an excellent experience, it is a fabolous location, top rated permises, good maintenance, nice and clean interior and kind personel, extraordinary relationship between landlord and tennants while living here, very recomende to all future guests. Bravo.

I had a really great time in Prague. The flat was great, and quite well equipped.
The location of the flat is perfect, not far from the city center and you can go everywhere by foot.
The flat is situated in a hotel with a 24/7 reception, which is very pleasant.
Little negative point is the washing machine, it is not always available and there is only one for all the hotel. But with a bit of organisation, it can be fixed quite well.
I really recommend Martina as a landlord and her flat in Prague !
Neighborhood
The neighbourhood is frequented but the windows don’t let the noise come.
It is very pleasant all around the flat, with a little park, many tramway stops and some shops.

Great location and great apartment! Stayed here for around 5 months and enjoyed living in the very center of Prague. Martina is an awesome host who will help you with anything you need, she is super quick to respond as well. The receptionists are awesome, they made our stay even more lovely! They can also help you with anything and are there 24/7. During the summer heat the room is cool thanks to the AC, and the room is also very quite, even though it is on one of the busiest streets in Prague.
The only "improvement" I would suggest, is to take out the extra bed and put in a couch (perhaps one you can turn into a bed). That would make the space even more comfortable. Anyways, thank you Martina and the whole staff for an awesome stay in one of the best locations, in one of the best cities in the world!

It was great although we didn't see Martina so much. The receptionists were great, mostly Daria, although she's not working there anymore.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. It is perfect for a medium term stay. There's very nice staff ready to help you with anything you need. There's a lot of flexibility for cheking in, which was also very helpful.
