AN APARTMENT WITH CHARM AND HISTORY
The apartment has been renovated and furnished in a contemporary and modern style by a famous architect. It was published in prestigious national and international decoration magazines. The eighteenth-century building is a marvel, full of history but completely restored and updated, keeping historical elements and combining them with cutting edge elements.
On the top floor is the reception hall, created in a glass capsule, which gives light and visual access to the entire apartment. Then is the lounge area where we have a 3-seater sofa, a table and a cabinet support for TV 42 ', DVD and Nintendo Wii console. This sofa is also a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. Across the room, we go to another room separated by glass that leads to the dining room. The dining room has a white table and 6 design chairs. Also, this area is widely used for working as an office, since it is situated on a higher altitude so you can observe the entire apartment.
Also on the top floor there is a master suite bedroom with double bed. It has a shower and a bathtub. All integrated in the same room, they create a piece of exquisite design.
The entire top floor has a spectacular panoramic view, as the rooms are divided by large crystals anchored from floor to ceiling. You can make this stay private by using the blinds.
From the top floor we go down some comfortable design steel stairs, that lead us to another space - an office room opened to the kitchen. The kitchen, even though small, is fully equipped with all appliances and is very functional. This room gives us access to a spectacular bathroom which has kept original architectural elements of the Roman era: a fabulous Romanesque arch which is a marvel of history in this apartment. This magnificent arch is integrated in the bathroom. On the other side of the room, you have a room with two single beds and a very large dresser/ wardrobe, with plenty of space for several suitcases and all clothing.

The apartment is located in the center of Barcelona.
