The home is ideally located near King’s Cross train station and offers easy connection to London’s diverse neighbourhoods.
This home is spread across three floors, with access on the ground floor. The kitchen is located on the ground floor and it comes fully stocked and ready to be used. The dining area sits next to the kitchen and it comes with a big table and enough chairs for all guests. The living room is connected to the diving area in a bright open space and it comes with comfortable sofas and stylish interior. It also features a flat-screen TV and plenty of books. The home comes with 4 bedrooms, 2 king-size beds and 2 double beds. Each bedroom comfortably sleeps 2 people. Two bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor and one also offers direct access to the private patio. On this floor, guests will also find a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The other 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor and one comes with an en suite bathroom with shower. The home offers high-speed WiFi and it has plenty of space to get work done should you need it.
You’ll have access to the homes at all times. Because the homes come with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. This home is right in the centre of the city and while it’s safely away from traffic, you can hear the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s worth noting that this home has rooms on the lower ground floor, so you might find these rooms darker than expected (perfect if you like darkness when sleeping, though!). Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
