The apartment is located in a historic house of the late 19th century. The house has been completely renovated, retaining the charm and flavor of old Prague with a modern level of comfort. The apartment is located in close proximity to the center of old Prague. Wenceslas Square - can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, the Central Railway Station in 7 minutes. Excellent public transport links to the entire city center - the stop is 100 meters away with a bus 207 going directly to the Old Town Square. The nearest metro stations are Florenc (7 minutes walk) and Hlavni nadrazi (7 minutes walk).
The surroundings of the apartments beckon for a walk at any time of the year. Nearby there ares Vitkovsky Hill and Parukarka Park. The largest shopping centers Flora, Palladium, IMAX cinema are close as well. Near the apartment there are many inexpensive, typically Czech beer bars and restaurants where you can taste real Czech beer.
These apartments are ideal for a family trip or romantic getaway.

It is a bright and cozy studio apartment equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, a dining area and a bathroom. Bed linen and kitchen towel are provided.
This apartment has a private bathroom with the bathtub, shower and WC, we provide our guests with towels and a shower gel.

Rules :
Check-in time is from 11:00 to 00:00.
Check-out time is by 17:00 pm (In case of a delay after 17 pm, we will be forced to increase the cost of your stay by the cost of an extra day.)
For the check-in and check-out after hours there is an additional charge of € 20.
Staff is not responsible for the forgotten and lost things. There is a safe for keeping valuables in the apartment.
Smoking in all our apartments is prohibited, a penalty of 100 euros can be charged for smoking.
Staying with us you take the responsibility for the safety of the apartment equipment and agree to cover the damages caused by you or the the guests for whom you are responsible.
The cost of the key in the apartment is 20 euros and in the event of loss or damage should be covered by the guest in full.

We care about the environment and therefore we ask you to be responsible for the consumption of water and electricity during your stay in the apartment.
Do not make excessive noise in your apartment and throughout the residential complex from 10 pm to 8 am.
