We are an international married couple (Portuguese-Italian) with 3 children and we've been living in Lisbon for more than 15 years now. We are teachers, of Philosophy and Foreign Languages, respectively, and translators. Before having children we travelled and volunteered in different foreign countries, more specifically American countries (from Alaska to Patagonia, literally...!) and in Africa, where we met (and worked with and were guests of) various people who are still amongst our best friends nowadays. Since then, we've always wanted to keep in touch with an international environment and that is one of the reasons why we have decided to try and rent our independent apartment through Nomadx. The apartment, being opposite to the house where we live, serves actually as Andrea's parents' house when they visit from Italy to spend time with our family 2 or 3 times a year. We'd be more than happy to rent it to a Digital Nomad from a foreign country in (some of) the remaining months.  It is located in a very typical Lisbon neighbourhood (with plenty of traditional restaurants, grocery shops, delicatessens, cinemas, theatres, parks/gardens, etc) and it's very central (5 minute walking distance from very famous Avenida da Liberdade). And it is a "True Lisbon Home"; by that we mean, as an example, that you will find in it our books and vinyl records that fill part of our shelves that we'll be happy to share with our guest(s). By the way: we speak (and read and listen to music in...) English, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish and (a little) French.
