Villa Gasparini is a beautiful new villa located on the Palheiro Village Estate.
This three-bedroom villa was designed to take advantage of its hillside location and is an ideal location to spend a pleasant and comfortable stay with your family.
The master bedroom and private bathroom are located on the upper floor, along with the other two bedrooms, next to the entrance hall and are therefore very private.
There is a spacious storage room on the lower floor of generous dimensions and a third bathroom. The lounge area is very generous and very decorated with a very modern and elegant design.

This villa also benefits from privileged access to Palheiro Estate facilities, including the Village Forum's heated outdoor pool; 18-hole Palheiro Golf Course and Palheiro Spa, which can be used at an extra cost.
Palheiro Village, a private condominium designed by Michael Brown Associates, was built in a traditional exterior style and is 10 minutes from the center of Funchal and 15 minutes from the international airport. Surrounding area:
Just a 10-minute drive from the hustle and bustle of Funchal and minutes from the pebble beach of Garajau. Garajau is just a 5-minute drive away and has a choice of restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and a bank.
A 10 minute drive away is the village of Caniço which is larger than Garajau and also has a good choice of restaurants, shops and a shopping centre.
The capital Funchal is a 10-minute drive away.
Right at the entrance to Palheiro Village there is a bus stop with regular services.
