Casa do Cato is a unique place of peace and landscape, with sea views, mountain views and countryside views.
Only for short and medium term rentals and designed for holiday weeks or for digital nomads.
Casa do Cato is a rustic property completely restored and preserved in accordance with its original characteristics, ideal for a family with children or a group of friends of up to 6 people.
Total property area: 1000 m2, interior area of the house: 80 m2. Private parking for up to 7 vehicles.
Outside there is an excellent lawn, an 8 x 4 swimming pool measuring 90 cm to 140 cm high with salt treatment, a barbecue and a patio with outdoor furniture with a table and 8 chairs.
Fantastic sun exposure, century-old granary where you can relax overlooking the lawn and swimming pool.
As the property is located high up, it has a magnificent view of the Santa Luzia mountain range, the Atlantic Ocean and farmland as far as Viana do Castelo.
Completely private housing with kitchen, bathroom, living room with sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. All amenities are of high quality and the sanitary and kitchen equipment is top of the range. The house has heating/cooling by air conditioning and a stove for the winter, free Wireless Internet service and TV service with channels.
The entire house is soundproofed and has total light blocking through external blinds.
At Casa do Cato, you can rest and enjoy the sounds of nature, sunbathe, have family barbecues, enjoy the mountain, sea, countryside and city views. You will have the opportunity to interact with the local community by taking nature trails and discovering the surrounding space, in a very healthy, peaceful and safe environment. We have a book on site with the trails you can take in the surrounding area.
With the Litoral Norte ecovia passing by, you can always take a walk on this excellent and well-known ecovia.
You can also visit the Montedor Lighthouse 200m away or the windmills 50m away.
Carreço beach 300 meters away on foot or 3 minutes by car.

Essencialmente vocacionado para semanas de ferias ou para nómadas digitais. O arrendamento é de todo o edificio com piscina privada, churrasqueira e zona verde exterior privada. Situada junto da ecovia litoral norte com vista para o oceano Atlantico, é um excelente local para relaxar, caminhar, estar perto da natureza como tambem trabalhar remotamente. Localização geográfica excepcional com farmacia, hipermercado e MB nas redondezas.
