Located between the imposing Estrela, Gardunha and Malcata mountain ranges, there is a completely renovated villa, located in the heart of the charming Vila de Caria. This house proudly preserves its roots, keeping the original architectural features intact, reflecting the typical Beira style that gives it a unique charm.

Spread over two floors, on the upper floor you will find the perfect refuge: two cozy bedrooms — a spacious double room and a single room — and an elegant bathroom. On the ground floor, the atmosphere becomes inviting and familiar, with a practical kitchen that opens onto a large living and dining room, ideal for convivial moments.

The name "Caellas" has a special history. It was the nickname of the previous owner, a dedicated shoemaker who transformed the ground floor into his workshop, while he lived on the upper floor. This connection to the past gives the house a sense of history and authenticity, making it not only a living space, but also a living testimony to local tradition.

A very nice old house with a completely new renovation. Charming design. The house has everything you need. The hostess takes care of us as dear guests.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
