Fig & Oak – a private stone house surrounded by nature

Fig & Oak is a beautifully restored stone house in Mlini, just outside Dubrovnik, surrounded by a large private garden and old trees.

The house combines the character of a traditional Dalmatian home with the comfort of modern living. It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen, making it comfortable for families, friends or couples travelling together.

The house sits on a peaceful hillside, with views towards the sea and plenty of outdoor space. There are several terraces for dining and relaxing, a private swimming pool and a garden where you can enjoy the quiet and privacy.

There is also an outdoor sauna, making the house particularly pleasant outside the summer season.

The sea and a small beach are a short walk away, while the centre of Mlini with its restaurants, cafés and shops is around a 10-minute walk from the house. Dubrovnik is close enough for an easy day in the Old Town, but far enough away to return to a quieter setting at the end of the day.

Fig & Oak is a good choice for a longer stay if you want space, privacy and nature, without giving up easy access to the coast and Dubrovnik.

It feels less like a holiday apartment and more like a private home — somewhere you can settle in for a while.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
