Una hermosa casa de bioconstrucción enclavada en un entorno natural excepcional, que ofrece un silencio exquisito. Desde la casa se pueden realizar paseos que llevan directamente a las montañas circundantes. Es un lugar maravilloso para conectar con la calma y la belleza. A solo 12 minutos de los pintorescos pueblos de Jalón y L'Liber, en el Valle del Pop. La costa de Denia, Jávea y Moraira está a unos 20 minutos, con todos los servicios. Alicante y Valencia está a una hora, con una vibrante oferta cultural. La decoración te hará sentir como en casa. Una cocina funcional se abre a un luminoso comedor y sala de estar con estufa de pellets para el invierno. Un dormitorio amplio con cama de matrimonio con su respectivos baños. Un estudio con wifi por satelite con un sofá cama con futón ecológico de 135 cm. El amplio porche de madera hará que tu trabajo, tus cenas, lecturas, yoga y observación de aves sean un privilegio. Todo lo hemos hecho con sumo cuidado para tu disfrute. Hay un huerto orgánico en la parcela adyacente y una enorme piscina, compartida con el propietario, para nadar en la montaña.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the living space is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
