House for rent - Монтеґридольфо

В нескольких минутах ходьбы от замка Монтегридольфо, в новом жилом районе, закрытом для автомобильного движения, находится эта полностью меблированная двухкомнатная квартира, построенная в начале 2000-х годов. К услугам жильцов мощеная площадка и два крытых парковочных места.

Возможно проживание.

Мы расположены в районе «Борго Нуово ди Монтегридольфо», в новом, ухоженном и полностью пешеходном районе.
Примерно в 30 минутах от пляжей Каттолика и Пезаро.
На антресольном этаже находится вход, откуда открывается прекрасный вид на холмы, простирающиеся до моря.
От входа вы попадаете в просторную гостиную с кухонным уголком, залитую светом благодаря четырем большим окнам.
Сразу бросается в глаза необычная высота потолка, превышающая 4 метра в самой высокой точке. Это позволило создать большую (стандартную) антресоль с зоной отдыха, оборудованной двуспальной кроватью.
Кроме того, хорошо видны открытые деревянные балки, придающие пространству приятную и теплую атмосферу.

Отопление автономное, управляется новым котлом (3 года), который можно контролировать дистанционно с помощью специального приложения.
Уютный коридор ведет в большую спальню с двуспальной кроватью, также с высоким потолком и открытыми деревянными балками.
Заслуживает внимания и прекрасная ванная комната с ванной.
В подвале, непосредственно под квартирой, находятся два крытых парковочных места.
Верхний этаж. Над головой никого нет.
