Dénia is easily reached from both Alicante (ALC) and Valencia (VLC) airports.
• Direct buses (ALSA) run from both airports (approx. 2–2.5 hours)
• A taxi from Dénia bus station to the property takes around 5 minutes
• Shuttle transfers are also available from both airports

• Minimum stay: 11 nights Stays are offered under mid term rental regulations in the Valencian Community.

We — Terry and Mandy — have been renting out our villa for almost 10 years. With the recent changes in local regulations, we now list shorter tourist stays on a different site, while this platform is for stays of 11 nights or more, known as seasonal rentals. We’ve travelled extensively, but we always come back to Spain — we love the sunshine, the food, the people, and the slower pace of life. Our place in Denia is our happy spot, and we genuinely enjoy sharing it with others who want to experience the same charm, calm, and good humour that made us fall in love with the area in the first place. We’re also supported by a brilliant local management company who look after everything for us and will be your first point of contact during your stay in Denia.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the living space is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
