Surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden, the property features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a private beach area, sun terrace, and inviting shared lounge spaces designed for relaxation and social gatherings.

This fully air-conditioned villa accommodates up to 10 guests and consists of 5 elegant bedrooms, a bright and comfortable living room, and a fully equipped modern kitchen complete with a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, and dining area. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of a washing machine and 4 contemporary bathrooms fitted with a shower, bidet, and bathtub.

Villa Ella combines luxury with entertainment and outdoor living. Guests can unwind in the private hot tub, enjoy a game of billiards, or take advantage of the barbecue facilities and outdoor dining area. The villa is located in an excellent area for snorkelling, swimming, and various water sports activities, making it an ideal choice for an active Adriatic holiday. Younger guests will appreciate the children’s playground, while adults can relax by the pool or enjoy the peaceful Mediterranean surroundings.

Free private parking is available on site, and car hire as well as airport shuttle services can be arranged upon request for additional convenience.

Villa Ella is located only 11 km from HNK Rijeka Stadium Rujevica and approximately 39 km from Rijeka Airport, providing easy access to the wider Kvarner region and nearby islands. The charming centre of Opatija, known for its historic villas, seaside promenade, fine dining, and vibrant atmosphere, is just a short drive away.

My name is Prof. Dr. sc. Marko Kolaković and I am renting our garden house in Opatija. I live with my family in Zagreb, where I work at the University. Besides the garden house, we also rent the main Villa Ella for groups or bigger families. You can see it on the rental portals, but if you have an interest, you can also contact us directly. How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the living space is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
