Twelve minutes from Málaga TechPark — but out in the countryside.

If you're posted to Málaga for a few months, this is the alternative
to the apartment. Málaga TechPark — 719 companies, nearly 29,000
people, the largest technology park in southern Europe — is a
twelve-minute drive from our gate. You get to work without crossing
the city, and you come home to a house with a garden and a pool,
not to a 30-square-metre studio.

THE CONNECTION
800 Mb fibre, the same throughout the house and the garden. Video
calls that don't drop, and several people working at once without
anything slowing down. There's a proper desk set up for work.

THE HOUSE
Three large bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Air
conditioning and heating in every room. The whole villa is yours:
your kitchen, your living room, your pool. You share with no one.

OUTSIDE
Private pool heated to 30°C, 365 days a year, with a beach-style
entry and a bubble bench. Yes, in January too.
Basketball court, table tennis and a four-hole putting green.
Covered porch with an industrial gas griddle and sink for eating
outdoors. Fenced garden with orange and lemon trees — in season you
squeeze your own breakfast juice.

WHERE YOU ACTUALLY ARE — NO SUGAR-COATING
This is countryside. A quiet rural area, not a residential complex.
Supermarkets and restaurants are about 500 metres away, ten minutes
on foot. The nearby train station reaches central Málaga in about
15 minutes, and the airport is a 20-minute drive. The beaches,
another 20.
You can stay here without a car, and some guests do. But if you want
to move freely around the Costa del Sol, we recommend bringing or
renting one. We'd rather tell you before you book than after.

My wife and I have been hosting here for over eight years. We reply
in under an hour, in whatever language you need, and we're available
whenever you need us — while respecting your peace and privacy.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
