Serra Viva is a fully furnished house located in Cortes do Meio, in the heart of Serra da Estrela, ideal for those looking for a comfortable, peaceful stay surrounded by nature.

The house features three bedrooms, one bathroom, a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, high-speed internet and a pleasant outdoor space with a garden and unobstructed views of the mountains.

It has been prepared to provide comfort for remote workers, couples, families and professionals who need to stay in the region for several weeks or months. The spacious rooms and peaceful surroundings make it easy to combine work, relaxation and quality of life.

Just a few minutes away are the well-known river beaches of Cortes do Meio, hiking trails, local shops, restaurants and the city of Covilhã, allowing you to enjoy the tranquillity of the mountains without giving up convenient access to essential services.

Serra Viva offers a welcoming environment throughout the year, whether you want to explore Serra da Estrela, experience a closer connection with nature or simply enjoy a slower and more peaceful pace of life. The house is fully furnished and equipped for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet and an outdoor garden area.

Water, electricity, internet and other expenses included in the rent are subject to normal consumption. Parties and events are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed inside the house. Pets may be accepted by prior agreement.

Check-in and check-out are normally arranged according to the times specified in the rental agreement and may be adjusted in advance by mutual agreement.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
