Croatian Beach House Omiš was created for people who want to live in Croatia, not simply visit it.

We are specifically looking to welcome digital nomads, digital nomad families, remote professionals, and expats already living in Croatia who are searching for a comfortable, fully furnished home for an extended stay.

This is not a holiday rental. It is our family home, and we are opening it to guests who want to become part of the local community and enjoy everyday life in one of Croatia’s most beautiful coastal towns.

Located at the entrance to the historic centre of Omiš, the house has the Cetina River at the front door and the charming medieval old town at the back. Beaches, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, schools, playgrounds and outdoor activities are all within walking distance.

The four-level townhouse offers flexible accommodation for families or professionals sharing a home. It features high-speed Starlink internet, reliable Wi-Fi throughout the house, air conditioning on every level, a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, multiple bathrooms, comfortable living spaces, and dedicated areas for both work and relaxation.

Whether you’re relocating to Croatia, spending a school year abroad with your children, taking a family sabbatical, or simply looking for a Mediterranean base while working remotely, Croatian Beach House Omiš offers a rare opportunity to experience authentic Croatian life from a real family home.

Welcome package

We want you to feel at home from the moment you arrive. You’ll find a small welcome package with the essentials for your first day, including fresh seasonal fruit, bread, bottled water, and a selection of local cold cuts and cheese (such as prosciutto, salami, and other Croatian specialties), so you can relax without having to rush to the supermarket.

The house is supplied with excellent-quality drinking water, so tap water is perfectly safe and tastes great. If you have any dietary requirements or food preferences, just let us know before your arrival and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. 🇭🇷🏡

* Long-term stay only. We are looking for one respectful digital nomad household or family for an extended stay rather than short-term holiday rentals.

* Internet. High-speed Starlink internet is included in the rent, making the house ideal for remote work.

* Eligibility. This home is intended for digital nomads who already hold the appropriate Croatian digital nomad visa or permit, or for foreign residents who already have legal residency in Croatia.

* Family-friendly. Families with children are very welcome. We hope you’ll enjoy and care for the house as if it were your own.

* Availability. The house is available for an extended stay from November 2026 through May 2027, with the possibility of extending the stay through August 2027 by mutual agreement.

* Viewings. We’re happy to arrange a video tour and answer any questions before confirming the rental.

Hello, and welcome! I’m Miriam, and together with my husband, Tomo, we’re delighted to welcome you to our Croatian Beach House Omiš. Hospitality has been part of my life for decades. Long before online booking platforms existed, our family welcomed guests through international home exchanges, creating lifelong friendships with people from all over the world. Later, we hosted hundreds of guests through *****, Vrbo, and other platforms, earning wonderful reviews and learning that the best stays are built on trust, kindness, and genuine hospitality. This house is very special to us. It isn’t a business investment or a property purchased to generate rental income—it’s our family home. It’s where we’ve celebrated birthdays, long summer evenings, family dinners, and countless moments with our children and now our grandson. As our family has grown, we’ve chosen to share it only with guests who will truly appreciate it and care for it as if it were their own. Professionally, I’ve spent my career in the international music industry, working with people from all over the world, so meeting different cultures and making people feel welcome comes naturally to me. We know what it’s like to travel, relocate for work, and settle into a new place, which is why we’ve created a home that’s comfortable not just for a holiday, but for real life. If you choose to stay here, you’ll have your privacy, but you’ll also have hosts who genuinely care. We’re always happy to share our favorite local restaurants, hidden beaches, hiking trails, markets, and the little places that make Omiš such an incredible town to live in. How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
