Right at the doorstep, private parking spaces are available within the gated condominium.On the ground floor, the entrance leads to a hall that opens into a generous living room with a fireplace, cable TV, fibre Wi-Fi, and a dining area with sea views. This floor also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom. The highlight? A private terrace with open sea views, a barbecue, wooden sun loungers, an outdoor sofa, and a large handcrafted dining table — both the table and loungers brought from Paraguay and made from Amazonian wood — with direct lawn access to the shared pool and garden.Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm). Two bedrooms have sea-view and terraces, and one of them includes an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom overlooks the pine forest, gets beautiful morning light, and also has its own terrace.On the lower ground floor, there's a fourth bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a smaller window (less natural light), a separate room with a desk and work chair, a bathroom with shower, and a garage space with a ping pong table and card table.Please note: as this is a calm residential area, cafés and supermarkets are not within immediate walking distance. Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.
Hosts are mainly interested in the profile of their guest. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your booking will more likely get approved.
All the properties listed on Flatio must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and Wi-Fi included. In rare cases, a property may not offer Wi-Fi – this is always clearly stated on the listing page.
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the hosts offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without Flatio is not that easy.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Guarantee of legal certainty. The lease agreements are in full compliance with the laws of the country where the lease is negotiated via Flatio. No matter whether you stay there for one or twelve months.

Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.

Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.

Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.

All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Stay Benefits won’t apply - Coverage by deposit
For bookings of 180 days or longer, the host requires a refundable deposit.
Please note that the deposit is a full substitute for the Stay Benefits plan. Therefore, this plan that includes extra liability and assistance service insurance won’t be applied to this booking.
Nevertheless, rest assured that you will continue to be covered under our standard StayProtection package, only with the Stay Benefits excluded.
