This 60 m² accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, bedroom with a king-size bed, bathroom, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Guests have access to private parking and an outdoor seating area under the vine canopy for relaxation and enjoyment.
The property features one king-size bed in the bedroom and one sofa bed in the living room. Upon entering, you'll find a hallway with a coat rack on the right side alongside an umbrella stand. On the left side of the hallway, there is a wardrobe where you can hang clothing and store personal items. From the hallway, you can access the bathroom, while the door at the far right leads into the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The bedroom is accessed via the living room and includes a king-size bed, a clothes rack, and a wardrobe on the left side containing bed linens for the living room sofa bed. The pull-out sofa comfortably sleeps two people. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, cookware, and tableware.
