Built from shipping containers and transformed into a warm, comfortable retreat, Casa Isabella combines modern design with authentic Costa Rican craftsmanship.
This brand-new home was thoughtfully built from the ground up by local, long-time family builders and a local contractor who helped bring the vision of Casa Isabella to life.
The result is a unique home that blends modern architecture, quality construction, and the beauty of Costa Rica's natural surroundings.
Throughout the home, you'll find beautiful locally sourced teak wood handcrafted by talented local artisans. The custom kitchen cabinets, barn doors, bed frames, armoires, furniture, and stunning front entry door were all individually crafted, creating a space that feels warm, inviting, and uniquely Costa Rican.
Inside, you'll enjoy modern comforts including air conditioning throughout, high-speed Starlink internet, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, washer and dryer, and a spacious bathroom featuring double vanities and double shower heads.

Once complete, the collection will offer additional accommodations for larger family gatherings, group retreats, and multi-family vacations.
Through August 2026, there may be occasional light daytime construction as two additional homes are completed nearby and some landscaping is still becoming established.
We do not expect significant disruption and have designed the property to preserve privacy, tranquility, and enjoyment of the surrounding nature.
