Each bedroom is on a separate level - three benefitting from en-suite shower rooms. Bedroom 1 opens onto a secluded balcony which overlooks the garden.

Bedroom 4: 2 x single beds (this is a warm loft room, no window)

The hallway and stairs benefit from sensor lighting making it easy to move between the different levels of this townhouse

The three en-suites offer an overhead shower, toilet & sink
Complimentary hand wash, shampoo, body wash and toilet rolls provided
Bath and hand towels are provided for all guests

LOUNGE:
The house benefits from a separate lounge with settee and smartTV allowing you to connect to your favourite programmes & apps. It’s a great place to relax, watch a movie or catch up on a bit of work!

OPEN PLAN KITCHEN/DINER & LIVING SPACE:
The lower level offers a fabulous open-plan kitchen/diner which blends modern living & socialising.

The kitchen holds ample day to day dishes and cookware for all your needs. You'll find complimentary tea, sugar and instant coffee or a supply of Nespresso ‘original pods’ if you use the coffee machine along with simple condiments like salt, pepper, oil and herbs. If you're washing clothes, there's a supply of laundry detergent and fabric softener, pegs, iron and ironing board.
Electric hob, double oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave & washing machine.

The dining table seats eight people comfortably and is ideal for a social breakfast or sit-down meal in the evening.

At the far end of this open plan space, there are two settees overlooking the garden, providing additional seating in what is ‘the hub’ of the house.

This property sits within a small private community of five houses and there are two allocated parking spaces.

You will receive lock box codes around midday on day of arrival.

No parties or events.
No unregistered guests allowed on the property.
Lead guest must be at least 25 years old to book.
Quiet hours from 9 PM–8 AM.
No smoking or vaping inside the home.
You'll have access to our digital guest portal with lots of info on the property along with recommendations and tips for exploring the area.
