Please note that this home is ideal for two adults and a teenager or a child. The main bedroom is of ample size with a double bed and has a large wardrobe, and the second room is quite small with a sofa bed and extra single mattress and does not havea wardrobe or drawers. Additional Information

The property is located in a residential courtyard. Some construction work is taking place at a neighbouring property, so occasional noise may be heard during weekday daytime hours, generally between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. The work has been intermittent rather than continuous, and I have five star reviews from Home Exchange guests during the works taking place that I’m happy to share, along with videos which depict the minor noise level that occurs, when it does.
