House for rent - La Serra d'Almos

Traditional townhouse in the beautiful and calm La Serra d'Almos village, your haven of peace and nature just 30 minutes away from the beach!
Ca Cedó is a big townhouse where you have plenty of space and silence. From the main bedroom you have a balcony overlooking the main square of the village. During the summer you can keep it open so the warm local breeze (garbinada) reaches your bed.
You'll have full access to the first two floors of the house. A wine tasting space in the cellar is available upon request (a deposit applies, not available with children). There is a small terrace in the back of the house.
You'll be welcomed to "Ca Cedó" and we'll make everything on our hands to make you feel like home. We really love to show people this beautiful paradise. I'll be available to help you anytime!

La Serra d'Almos is a little paradise just 1h 30 min away from Barcelona and 30 min away from the beach. Most people work in agriculture (grapes, olives, almonds, cherries...). They are friendly and they'll welcome you! You can choose to trek through Serra de Llaberia mountains with a wonderful landscape, visit many sights nearby (Iberian ruins, wine cellars, castles, natural parks, beaches...), make a boat trip in Ebre river, climbing, bird-watching, Michelin star dinning... Or maybe just relax in the house. Everything is up to you! I'm always available to help you design an unique experience catered to you interests.
\There isn't much public transportation available in the area. However there is a train station 9 km away and we can arrange a taxi for you if you request it ahead of time.

IMPORTANT: We believe that the listing price should include all the supplies and that's what we have been doing from the beginning of this beautiful adventure. Nonetheless, we've found out that a few guests have been have consumed a great deal of electricity (we've got +1000€ bills) doing things like keeping the windows opened while using a/c in the summer or setting the heater at 30 ºC during the winter while keeping the electrical radiators on. We understand everybody have different necessities and habits and of course we don't want anybody to feel uncomfortable about temperature. However we don't want to transfer these expenses to guests nor putting at risk the continuity of the business, specially in these difficult times. We hope to see you soon!

Hi, I'm Josep! I'm a traveler and world explorer and I'm passionate about this little heaven called la Serra d'Almos. Right in the Montsant wine region, next to the Mediterranean coast but off the beaten path. A special village surrounded with vineyards, almond and cherry trees where tradition is still alive. People are genuine and friendly. It's like a very big family. We hope to see you in soon in it. With "Ca Cedó" I put my grain of sand to help preserve the village I was born in. I hope you enjoy this adventure as much as I do. I work remotely as an IT consultant and in my free time love to hike, read, play the piano and share a good wine with friends. I'm not always in La Serra d'Almos but I visit often and you'll have always someone around if you need help or just to have a walk!

Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the living space is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
