Guest Access:
You have exclusive access to the entire 3-bedroom house and the private backyard garden. You also have a reserved space in the driveway for free, off-street parking, making this incredibly convenient if you are driving to Prague or renting a car from the nearby airport. Check-in is simple and flexible via a secure lockbox.

Interaction with Host:
We want you to feel completely at home. We provide a smooth self-check-in experience so you can arrive at your convenience. While we give you total privacy during your stay, we are always available via the Airbnb app to answer questions or recommend our favorite local spots in the neighborhood.

Accessibility:
Please note that the house is not senior-friendly or suitable for those with severe mobility issues. There is an inside staircase, and the shower/bathtub has an abnormal shape that can be difficult to step into and out of.

The Property:
The house sits within a small residential property that includes a couple of other long-term rental units. In practice, the vast majority of our guests never give this a second thought. The other residents are quiet, private people — you might briefly see them coming or going, but that is the full extent of it. They have no access to your garden, they are not hanging around outside, and they will not intrude on your privacy in any way. Your house and garden are entirely your own.

Parking:
You get one outdoor parking spot secured behind a remote controlled gate (provided at check in). Note the garage is locked and unavailable for guests. If more parking is needed, there is free street parking available 100m away.

Getting Around:
Having a car is very convenient here (and parking is free!), but you are not stranded without one. There is reliable public transit nearby that connects you to the Prague metro system, allowing you to reach the historic city center easily without worrying about finding parking.

Airport Proximity:
We are located in the north-western suburbs (Horoměřice), making this an incredibly stress-free location if you are flying in or out of Václav Havel Airport.

I'm an American with a Czech wife. We live in our Prague house a few months out of the year, and in the US the rest of the time. Our house has 2 other units with long-term renters. One of them (Asado) acts as the caretaker for the property, and will be your neighbor and point of contact for all issues. Between the 3 of us we speak English, Czech, Russian, Belarusian, and Japanese. I look forward to hearing from you!

Very comfortable and convenient home a short bus ride from Prague and close to stores in the village.

Neighborhood
Quiet family neighborhood, close to stores and a library as well as a playground. No traffic noise other than planes going to the Prague airport.

Great house with everything a family needs. Absolutely no issues with the state of the place, the equipment etc.
The only, very small, issue was that only one key for the house and the gate is shared with the tenants, which complicates things when the group of adults is spending time there. But that is nothing we couldn't deal with.

Neighborhood
It is a place close to the airport - in good and bad.
When you arrive to Czechia by plane you are 10 minutes away from the Airport to the house by a taxi. Both Bolt and Uber will take you there.
Close to the house is a bus stop with buses going to and from Prague several times every hour.

The downside is the constant aircraft traffic, but that is nothing you won't get used to quickly. And it is quite a good conversation topic when you have friends over to visit you.

There are several small groceries nearby, few restaurants and fast foods, a supermarket (Lidl) in a driving distance close to Horoměřice and a Pharmacy.

Well, Prague is a given if you are not from there as I am.
If you are into history the ruins of the Okoř castle are about 15 minutes by car from Horoměřice and if you have kids, there is a small Zoo Zájezd nearby - it is a nice place to spend few hours at.

I had a great experience communicating and staying at the house. The landlord always provided great instructions and helped us with anything needed. The place is located very close to Prague, so it didn’t feel like you’re staying too far. The house it beautiful, clean and has everything you might ever need in live. Definitely recommended.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the living space is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
