Nicely decorated cosy room in a 2-bedroom flat near Metro Wilanowska in Warsaw. The building is just 4 minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska subway station, 1 minute walk to tram stop in Pulawska street. It takes 10 minutes on metro to get to the center.

The apartment is clean and well maintained, fully furnished and equipped. It has 2 single, separate, lockable bedrooms, kitchen with a kitchen table and a bathroom - all just for 2 people.

Kitchen is fully fitted, with all necessary appliances: oven, microwave, induction cooker, dishes, plates etc.

The room has its individual entrance, is lockable and equipped with comfortable bed , wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, chair.

Apartment is located on a first floor with a garden view from the window. The room is about 7-8 sq m.

You will have just 1 neighbour. If a girl lives in the first room, also a girl is invited to the second room (of course unless both tenants wish otherwise :) . Our tenants are young and friendly people, international, nice and easy-going, students or young working professionals.

Prime location: Warsaw Mokotów, near Metro Wilanowska and Puławska street, close to shopping mall Wakefield Mokotów.
Only 4 minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska, 1 minute walk to tram stop in Puławska, 10 minutes on Metro to city center, walking distance to the office centre in Domaniewska (so called Mordor) and to shopping mall Westfield Mokotów.
connected with schools and universities for instance to Vistula, SGH, Warsaw University of Technology (WUT), Lazarski University, SGGW, Warsaw University. There is also a direct tram No 18 to Kozminski University, There are several parks nearby with summer weekly events like public picnic Targ Śniadaniowy (Breakfast Market) each Sunday in the park just two minutes walk from the building where people enjoy delicious food from numerous foodtrucks and meet friends .

Apartment building is surrounded by a garden with a fish pond where you can rest or study. Everything you need within a walking distance – shops, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, swimming pool, 2 well equipped gyms, bike paths, cinema, shopping centers, several Biedronka shops, convenience grocery shops next building etc.

Windows in the building are sound-proof which makes the building very quiet despite convenient proximity of main streets (Puławska street, Al. Niepodległości), Metro, trams, and buses.

Please note that there are rules in our building. As in any shared flat it is important to clean after yourself and to participate in keeping the whole flat clean. Only tenants sleep in our rooms, so no sleep-overs of non-guests are accepted. This is a safe and quiet place which is appreciated by our tenants so we wish it to stay that way. If you like clean and quiet accommodations, this is probably an ideal place for you. :) . No smoking in the building, no pets, sorry. Tenants buy together cleaning/hygiene products for the flat, and keep the flat clean (there is a cleaning schedule of shared parts , i.e. bathroom and kitchen).
