Single room with terrace for a girl in 4-room girls-only apartment located near Metro Wilanowska in Warsaw. The flat is fully furnished, clean and well maintained. It consists of 4 rooms (maximum 5 girls live there as one of the rooms has two beds), 2 full bathrooms and a kitchen, it is located on a lower ground floor . Our guests are international students /young professionals ( only girls in this flat) who appreciate excellent location, quietness, cleanliness, safety, and standard of this place. Our tenants are nice and kind people, and we invite here a girl who shares similar attitude to others.
Kitchen is modern, with all necessary appliances: oven, microwave, cooker, dishes, plates etc. Each room is bright and sunny, lockable and equipped with real bed , big wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, chair.
Top Warsaw's Location: prestigious Mokotów District, near Metro Wilanowska (subway station) and Puławska street. Only 4 minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska, 2 minutes walk to tram stop in Puławska street, 10 minutes by Metro to city center, walking distance to the office centre in Domaniewska (wittily called Mordor) and to shopping mall Westfield Mokotów. Easy access with public transport to all parts of Warsaw (close metro station, many buses and trams). Very well connected with schools and universities, e.g., Lazarski University (walking distance), Vistula (5 minutes by metro), SGH (5 minutes by metro), WUT (Warsaw University of Technology) 8 mins by metro, SGGW, Warsaw University etc.
Upper Mokotów is one of the most desirable districts to live in Warsaw. Many nice events take place regularly in the vicinity, e.g. every Saturday in summer jazz concerts in Dreszera Park, and every Sunday from spring till mid-autumn, the Breakfast Market (public food market with delicacies) in the park just 2 minutes walk from the flat.
The building is surrounded by the garden with a fish pond where you can relax . Everything you need is within a walking distance – shops, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, swimming pool, well equipped gyms, bike paths, cinema, shopping malls, etc. There is fast internet in our building.
Please note that as in any shared flat it is important that all flatmates participate in maintaining cleanliness and respect others' right to rest at home. It requires a lot of tact and culture to share a flat. Our tenants do not make noise here, clean after themselves and keep shared parts of the flat clean (they buy hygiene/cleaning products together). We particularly invite these people who wish to stay in a quiet and clean home and who understand that in a shared flat all tenants must participate in maintaining cleanliness. We don't make parties in the house as Warsaw has many places where you can meet friends - and have this accommodation which truly allows you to rest or study here. It is not allowed to smoke here. Only tenants sleep here (non-tenants' sleep-overs are not accepted).

Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.
Hosts are mainly interested in the profile of their guest. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your booking will more likely get approved.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Guarantee of legal certainty. The lease agreements are in full compliance with the laws of the country where the lease is negotiated via Flatio. No matter whether you stay there for one or twelve months.

Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.

Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.

Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.

All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.

Stay Benefits won’t apply - Coverage by deposit
For bookings of 180 days or longer, the host requires a refundable deposit.
