This charming townhouse, dating from approximately 1880, offers four bedrooms with a kitchenette and a shared shower room. It's a shared house. The common areas are cleaned daily.
We're in high demand! So I can't tell you exactly which room I could accommodate you in. It all depends on availability. The rooms are comfortable and quiet.
The house is located on Rue Stephanie in 1020 Brussels (for your Google search ;o). Please note, there is no common room or television.
We are in a quiet suburb of Brussels, 100 meters from the Bockstael metro and train station. Brussels Expo is a 5-minute drive away, and the Atomium is 2 km away.
The neighborhood is very lively: dozens of shops of all kinds and restaurants are available. There are about ten public transport options within 100 meters of the house. Even public bicycles are readily available, accessible with your payment card. Despite this, a peaceful atmosphere reigns in the house and the rooms. We make sure of it!
The rooms feature parquet floors, bright décor, and a shared shower room. Free Wi-Fi is available.
The center of Brussels is a 5- to 15-minute ride away by public transport. The Royal Church of Our Lady of Laeken is 700 meters from the property.
All rooms have a sofa, tables, and a double bed for your comfort. Public street parking is available for a fee.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.

J'ai été très satisfait de mon séjour. C'est une très grande maison ancienne. L'établissement est très propre. Et tranquille. La chambre est super confortable et très isolée. La situation géographique est parfaite. Pleins de commerces à proximité et tous les transports en commun disponibles. Directement dans le quartier. J'y reviendrai certainement. Et je recommande! Et merci à Ayse qui m'a mis très à l'aise dans sa maison !
