Hi, We are a retired ex professional mature couple who love travelling, animals, walking, photography & more. We live in our entire modern 3 storey x 3 apt building with a small x 2 person home lift. We had hosted students in the 90s before we had our own kids and now we have more space & more time to focus on our little hobby. We are considerate and not intrusive & you will find us a font of information about our Islands. We are always available to help our guests with whatever they may need. Communication is key and builds great relationships. We rent mainly to interns, Erasmus, professionals, Digital nomads, retirees, or people who temporarily want to visit our country. Maximum rental is 90 days, which may be renewed by mutual consent ( as we are on other booking sites too). This is a shared Apt, you may share with other guests & hosts. There are a total of 2 bedrooms so it wont be crowded. There is a small shared home gym for use at own risk. We are inspected & licenced by the MTA. Kindly note that with effect from 1st July there is an Govt eco tax of ***** pppn to a maximum of ***** for the whole duration. A monthly clean is included, extra cleaning is at cost on request. We are in a quiet residential area and ask our guests to respect our neighbours with quiet times from 2pm-4pm and 10pm - 7am. No parties or smoking on the property. We reserve the right to pre approve, and/ or ask for references from prospective long stay guests. This is our 1st listing here so please bear with us for any errors and dont hesitate to ask for more info. We can provide a walk thru video of the entire property on request to set your mind at ease as well as references, reviews from previous guests.

Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.
Hosts are mainly interested in the profile of their guest. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your booking will more likely get approved.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the living space is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
