This bright and comfortable private room is located in a spacious shared apartment on Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Road, one of Budapest's most central and well-connected locations. The room is ideal for digital nomads, remote workers, interns, Erasmus students and young professionals looking for a temporary home.

The room features a comfortable bed, a dedicated workspace with desk and chair, a large wardrobe, storage cabinets and high-speed fiber Wi-Fi. A large window provides plenty of natural light throughout the day, creating a pleasant environment for both work and relaxation.

Guests have access to the apartment's shared facilities, including a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, kettle and cooking essentials. The apartment also offers a spacious dining area, a large bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, and all necessary amenities for longer stays.

Professional cleaning of all rooms and common areas is provided every 2 weeks, and fresh bed linen is supplied regularly, helping guests enjoy a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The location is one of the apartment's biggest advantages. Deák Ferenc Square, St. Stephen's Basilica, Andrássy Avenue, the Danube River, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, coworking spaces and public transportation are all within walking distance. Hello and welcome! My name is Monika, and together with my husband, Zoltan, I have been hosting international students, interns, remote workers and young professionals in Budapest for more than 10 years. We personally manage our apartments and rooms, which means you will always communicate directly with us rather than through an agency. Our goal is to provide clean, comfortable and well-maintained accommodation in central Budapest, with fast communication and reliable support whenever needed. Over the years we have welcomed hundreds of guests from all around the world, many of whom were coming to Budapest for Erasmus, internships, work assignments or remote work. How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
