At the center, you’ll find a kitchen equipped with induction with an extractor fan, an under-counter fridge, a freezer, a microwave, and all essential cooking and eating utensils. Alongside, a modern private bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail with shelves and a cabinet to store any needed products. To keep the room perfect in any season, it comes fully air-conditioned and features built-in heating, including a radiator. Furthermore, it has a large tilt-and-turn window which opens easily for ideal fresh air ventilation and offers peaceful views over the private green courtyard.

Beyond your private studio, living at THE FIZZ opens the door to top-tier community facilities. Reception convenienty provides room cleaning supplies whenever you need them. If you want to cook on a bigger scale, you can use the hyper-equipped shared kitchens fitted with full-size ovens, large refrigerators, dishwashers, and recycling bins.
