Das möblierte WG-Zimmer hat ca. 15 QM , sehr hell, ruhig, Bett,Schrank, Schreibtisch und Stuhl.
Es liegt im 6. Lift Stock Neubau, 10. Bezirk Wien Favoriten.

Mitbenutzung: Küche mit Essplatz, Badezimmer mit Wanne, WC , Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine.
Wohnzimmer mit großem Schreibtisch und Sessel.
WC und das Badezimmer sind separat.
Waschküche(Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner) ist im Kellergeschoss vorhanden.
Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus.

Sehr gute Infrastruktur und öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung.
U1 Reumannplatz bzw. U1-Keplerplatz, Autobusse 7A, 14A, 65A,66A,67A, 68A, 68B,70A und Straßenbahnlinien 0, 6, 67 sind zu Fuß 1-3 Minuten.
Südtiroler Platz Hauptbahnhof ist die 2. U1-Station, mit U1 braucht man 6 Minuten zu Karlsplatz
TU-Universität Wien, 8 Minuten zum Stadtzentrum Stephansplatz, Schottentor(Haupt Universität Wien)ist 12 Minuten zu erreichen.(1x umsteigen mit U2).
Uno-City Kaiser Mühlen V.I.C. und IAEA ist 15 Minuten mit U1 direkt zu erreichen.
FH Campus Wien bei U1-Alaudagasse ist 4 Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Supermärkte Billa, Hofer, Lidl, Bipa, Restaurants, Banken, Post , etc. für den täglichen Bedarf sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Fußgängerzone Favoriten Straße ist in unmittelbare Nähe.
Hallenbad Amalienbad und Fitnessstudio sind zu Fuß 3 Minuten.

Das WG-Leben: Nichtraucher erwünscht, keine Tiere, aus allergischen Gründen.
Nett, respektvoller Umgang,verlässlich, ruhig, sauber und ordentlich.

Shared flat apartment close to the TU Wien. Everything supermarkets, bakeries, etc. in walking distance.

Everything in the house was little bit broken or dirty. There was 5 people living at the same time and there wasn't enough room in the fridges and freezers which made cooking really hard. Bed was uncomfortable and wouldn't recommend for longer stay. It was bit hard to communicate with the landlord because she didn't speak very good English. Also she was throwing me out of the apartment in the on the street even I had paid rent for the last day and my flight was leaving in the evening and i had informed her beforehand. Wouldn't recommend this except if you don't find anything else
