- Both bedrooms are furnished with a 140 cm x 200 cm double bed, a desk and a comfortable chair, and a large cupboard/wardrobe

- A renovated, functional shower room with a lovely shower

To ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, we provide:
- bed linen (not changed during your stay)
- towels and bath mats (not changed during your stay)
- a tea towel (not changed during your stay)
- hand soap (welcome kit for the first night only, not replenished during your stay)

- cooking basics: salt, pepper, etc. (not replenished during your stay)
We recommend bringing your own supplies (soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) if you are staying several days.
We ALWAYS carry out a thorough deep clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialised cleaning company.
We kindly ask you in advance to keep the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to ask for compensation if we notice the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and no parties or disturbances are allowed. A €300 smoke-removal charge will be applied automatically.
Check-in is possible from 4 pm. Feel free to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be before 10 am.
Early check-in is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.
Rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 pm: €40, earlier on request.
Late check-out is possible if you contact us 24 to 48 hours before your departure, subject to availability and our cleaning partner's schedule.

The property is in the heart of Villeurbanne, ideally located between République and Gratte-Ciel metro stations, very close to the main roads and the Laurent Bonnevay ring road – Astroballe (basketball). A very residential, quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood.
Pedestrians access the flat through a secure electric gate. If you are travelling by car, you can park within the residential grounds via an electric gate.
Just a few minutes' walk away:

- 7 minutes from the C26 bus
- 5 minutes from Gratte-Ciel
- 13/18 minutes from the Presqu'île
Very close to public transport (bus and tram), you can easily get around on foot.
## Transit
If you are driving around Lyon or Villeurbanne, parking spaces are paid during the day but free in the evenings from 7 pm and on Sundays.

Once our team has confirmed your booking, we will send you an Ava link giving you access to all the instructions for the property.
Check-in is self-service with a key box. The same applies to check-out. Only one set of keys will be provided for the entire duration of your stay.
The parking space within the residential grounds is unallocated (no private, marked area).
Please note: since the photos were taken, some items in the flat may have changed or become worn.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
