Surroundings:
The apartment is located in an absolute prime location in the so-called Wrangelkiez, in the Berlin district of Kreuzberg (Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district). The Wrangelkiez allows you to really experience the Berlin flair through countless cafes, restaurants, bars and clubs and become part of the lively city center. You are literally surrounded by buses and trains, so you can travel through Berlin flawlessly and especially quickly. Within only 5 minutes walking distance you can reach the subway station "Schlesisches Tor" and countless bus lines, so you still have your peace and quiet.
A Rewe is located right on your street corner, which means you almost only have to walk down your stairs and you can easily buy necessary groceries. In less than 10 minutes walk you can even go to the popular Markthalle Neun to buy various super fresh food and more (household items, flowers, etc.).
If you still just want to take a walk in nature, the lively Görlitzer Park is also only 2 min walk away.
All around you are provided with everything within walking distance.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

Escape the city bustle and retreat into your serene minimalist home in Berlin Mitte. Here's the entrance and living room.

Curated pieces of furniture that have a story to tell: upcycled old piano parts on the living room wall, mid-century wooden chandelier suspended from the ceiling, and an upcycled old rake used as hooks at the entrance

Interior walls and ceilings were finished with plaster (in beige tone). The concrete floor (also in beige) pairs beautifully with the plastered walls.

Our goal: create an uber-minimal monochromatic look, bring a sense of nostalgia, and set the tone for a warm and calming atmosphere.

My favorite furniture piece: Wilhelm Kienzle's leather "Safari Chair", an original piece from 1928

Another favorite piece: a Germane cast iron stove from the 60s (only decorative though, sorry!)
