An apartment designed in travel spirit. Perfectly located, near Štrkovec Lake, where you can enjoy a beautiful walk and watch swans. Štrkovec is the perfect place for chilling, running and (in summer) even sunbathing. Apartment is 10 minutes far from the city center (by tram ) in very safe neighbourhood. There are lots of parks and greens near to. Apartment is also very close to different shoping malls, and places like Winter Stadium Ondreja Nepelu, AEGON Arena, Pasienky Stadium.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

I stayed here for 5 months and had a great experience overall. The location was excellent — great public transport connections (especially to the university) and a supermarket right at the doorstep. The apartment was well-equipped with reliable internet, a very effective air conditioning unit, and a comfortable pull-out couch, plus a large balcony that was a real highlight.
Communication with the landlord was quick and uncomplicated throughout my stay. Overall, a great place for an extended stay — happy to recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-connected apartment in Bratislava.

Overall, the apartment is good and well located, but I had an issue with the accommodation : there was a lot of noise due to construction work right in front. The problem was quickly resolved with Katarina.
