Only 100 meters to the tram terminus, bus stop (with plenty of trams and buses stopping there frequently) and 4 minutes walk to the King Cross Praga Shopping Center, with Auchan supermarket, and other stores..
Furnished, with a private bathroom and a kitchen annex plus separated wardrobe annex.
Equipped with a sofa bed, table with 2 chairs, coffee table, big wardrobe with glass door, kitchen equipped with the necessary appliances, cooker, microwave, fridge, and all necessary utensils, like plates, cutlery, a pot, a frying pan etc.

It takes approx. 25 minutes to get to the Center with a bus or a tram but you live near a nature reserve, places to ride a bike, skateboard, exercise outdoors in a calm and quiet area - with kind and polite neighbors in this privately owned apartment building.
Apartment located on a ground floor, with a private garden only for you. The building has an elevator, laundry room with laundry machines, parking for cars and bicycles (for an additional fee).
