An experience of authentic Lisbon, in the heart of lively Alfama - Lisbon's most typical and historic neighborhood. Just a few steps away, you'll find various points of interest such as the Fado Museum or the National Pantheon, along with a variety of restaurants and bars.
The apartment is located in front of a bar, so we do not recommend it for noise-sensitive individuals. But if that's not the case for you, come and enjoy the vibrant and captivating Alfama!

The apartment is located in the area where the annual Santos Populares festivities take place during the month of June. Furthermore, Alfama is a very busy tourist area, so noise is to be expected, especially at the weekend.

In the street of the building, there is only pedestrian circulation, however, the road is just a few meters away (about 2 minutes on foot).

￫ Building
Located on the ground floor, with entrance directly from the street, the apartment is in one of the most traditional streets of Alfama. The apartment is opposite a local bar (noise can be expected!) and is divided by an interesting brick arch that makes it even more rustic and welcoming. It is ideal for couples looking to spend a few pleasant days in Lisbon, with all the city's main attractions and amazing viewpoints within walking distance.

The apartment has a comfortable fold-out double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and air conditioning.

The apartment has a bathroom with a shower.

￫ Kitchenette
The kitchenette is fully equipped with fridge, iron, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included).

￫ Please be aware that Alfama is a very busy area and there is a local bar in front of the apartment door, so we do not recommend it for people sensitive to noise.
￫ The property is ''Self-Catered'. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including first day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replacements are not included.
￫ Bed and bath linen is provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge upon check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers check-out cleaning only. Extra cleaning or additional linen changes may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in takes place between 14:00 - 22:00 (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be made available.
￫ Check-out must be done by 11:00 am. On your departure, place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Crib and Baby Chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional charge.
￫ City Tax will also be charged according to the law. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights.
