This beautifully renovated apartment is located in a historic building from 1926 and is fully equipped, including air conditioning. It’s situated just a 15-minute walk from Prague Castle and only 2 minutes from the Dejvická metro station. The interior blends modern design with traditional architectural elements.

The layout features an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet (connected to the master bedroom), a second bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, a walk-in closet, a utility area with a washer and dryer, and a balcony.

Location

The apartment is perfect for those who appreciate a quieter setting just outside the bustling city center. It offers excellent public transport connections—by metro or tram, you can reach the heart of Prague in just 10 minutes. For those who prefer walking, Prague Castle and its breathtaking cathedral are just around the corner. A 15-minute walk brings you to the castle, where you’ll enjoy stunning views over the city. From there, you can continue down charming historic streets to the Vltava River, cross the iconic Charles Bridge, and arrive at Old Town Square.

We have a passion for design and personally renovated the apartment to the highest standard. While living in the USA, we rented it out for short-term stays, and it was very well received—many guests loved it and even returned. In recent years, we lived in the apartment ourselves until recently relocating to a larger home in the same neighborhood.

Všetko bolo tip top! Byt bol krásny, na dobrom a pokojnom mieste. Majitelia boli vždy k dispozícii. Bývali sme tam mesiac s rodinou a nebol s ničím problém.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
