Perfect for remote work and equipped with all the comforts: air conditioning in the living room, radiator heating in the bedrooms, high-speed fiber optic internet (100 MB), and a terrace to enjoy Valencia’s great weather!

Plenty of charming restaurants with sunny terraces nearby, and close enough to the city center.

The Space

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator. It has two bedrooms: one with a trundle bed (two single beds, 90 x 190 cm) and a small standing balcony facing outside, and the other with a double bed (150 x 190 cm) for a restful sleep, a front-facing standing balcony, and a wardrobe with plenty of storage space.

The living room is a spacious and quiet area with a two-seater sofa and an armchair, a TV with antenna, a dining table with four chairs, and a terrace ideal for relaxing outdoors—whether resting, reading a book, or simply enjoying Valencia’s pleasant climate.

There is also a full bathroom with a large shower, and toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, and a hair dryer are provided.

Finally, the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to prepare a quick meal: oven, microwave, gas burners, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, and tableware. There is also a washing machine for added convenience during your stay. I also provide some basic cooking staples like oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper, and a few other essentials to save you the trouble and expense of buying them.

The high-speed fiber optic WiFi (100 MB) will keep you connected or allow you to work if needed.

The apartment is also equipped with radiators and hot/cold air conditioning in the living room.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
