The apartment is located on the 4th floor, and there is no elevator. Guests must use the stairs.

Photos of the stairs are included among the exterior photos, so please check them before booking.

Guests traveling with small children should also check the height of the handrails for safety.

Located in Oji, a calm residential neighborhood just outside central Tokyo, the apartment offers a peaceful environment for focused work, online meetings, and everyday living.

It is especially suitable for guests who value stability, privacy, and a more local experience rather than staying in a busy tourist area.

Depending on the children’s ages and other circumstances, we may be able to accommodate either 2 adults and 1 child, or 1 adult and up to 2 children.

In this case, all guests will share one king-size bed. No extra bed is available.
