I believe you’ll find yourself totally enjoying the perfect view from the bed in the morning, from the balcony during coffee time, with every step you make, as it’s a tiny but one of the cutest accommodations with sooooo much to offer…

The apartment is located on the 10th floor and offers a beautiful view towards the eastern part of the city, the Trsat castle, and the blue sea, of course...
The town center, with its coffee bars, restaurants, and all the amenities a city offers, is easily accessible on foot in 1 km.
The Sablicevo beach (one of the 6 beaches in a row) is about 4 km away.

🅿️ The entire zone around the building is a free parking zone. As the apartment is situated uphill, going downhill by foot to the center is very easy and comfortable, but returning home uphill, maybe sometimes it's not the case. You may take advantage of the proximity to the city center by choosing to rent the Bolt electric scooters... check on the Bolt app where they are located and enjoy the city in a fun way...

Fully equipped Studio-apartment with kitchenette, stove, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker, toast/grill, fridge/freezer, A/C, and a flat Android TV, a double bed (140x200 cm in size). The entire space is 22m2 in size, with a beautiful balcony. As a Studio-Apartment, the kitchen and bed//living/dining room are connected. There is a separate beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine. The balcony is equipped with outdoor furniture. The entire space is A/C covered with a cooling/heating system and a ceiling fan, in addition, according to personal preferences.
