House Rules

By confirming the booking, the guest agrees to the following house rules, which form an integral part of the stay:
1. Maximum Occupancy & Visitors
The apartment may only be occupied by the number of guests specified in the booking.
Hosting additional persons is not permitted without prior written notification via Flatio, including clear dates and duration of the visit, and only after the host’s approval.
2. Quiet Hours & Parties
Parties, events, are strictly prohibited.
Quiet hours must be respected at all times, especially between 14:00-17:00 pm and after 23:00pm , in accordance with building regulations and neighborhood rules.
3. Building Entrance & Security
The main building entrance door and the main apartment’s entrance door must ALWAYS be fully closed and locked.
Ensuring the security of the building and the apartment is solely the guest’s responsibility at all times.
4. Smoking & Pets
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Pets are not allowed ( exceptions will be considered after communication)
5. Condition of the Apartment & Documentation
The apartment is delivered in good, clean, and fully functional condition.
The initial condition of the property may be video recorded at check-in for documentation purposes.
The apartment must be returned in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear.

Failure to comply with these house rules may be considered a breach of the rental terms and may lead to appropriate action in accordance with the Flatio agreement.
