• No Parties or Loud Music – To respect our neighbours, parties and loud music are not allowed. Any disturbances may result in a £250 fee.
• Strict Non-Smoking Policy – Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property. A £100 fee applies if this rule is broken.
• Lost Keys – Please take care of the keys. A £100 replacement fee will apply if they are lost.
• Guest verification for safety – The lead guest must complete a quick verification & ID check via mobile—it only takes a minute.
