The apartment is located on the fourth floor (without an elevator) of an early 20th-century building in one of the city's most pleasant areas, overlooking the Dora River. It's steps from the Luigi Einaudi Campus, just minutes from the Mole Antonelliana, and a 10-minute walk from Piazza Castello, the city center. It's ideal for couples or university students who want to stay close to the city center to explore the city on foot or by bike. The apartment comprises a living room leading to the dining area with a kitchenette equipped with a stovetop and sink. An electric oven, washing machine, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine are also available. A bathroom with shower and bidet is also included. A bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, as well as a desk with a light, completes the apartment. Its brightness and quietness make this small apartment a true gem of comfort.

Our tenant will first meet the owner in person, who will accompany them to the apartment and show them the features. They will find a bottle of water in the refrigerator, some coffee capsules, and sugar. Bed linen and bath towels will be provided, with replacements.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
