It features air conditioning, an electric radiator for heating, and a modern electric water heater for hot water.

The modern American-style kitchen includes a built in fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric stove, and a coffee machine, electric kettle, as well as an assortment of spices and cooking tools.

In the living area, you’ll find a rustic oak-black wardrobe with plenty of space, complemented by a matching shelf, shoe rack, and coat hanger. A comfortable, big forest-green velvet sofa, which can easily transform into a double bed for guests. An extendable, space saving table and chairs that match the couch to complete the setup. Its large windows overlook the inner courtyard and are adorned with luxurious mustard-yellow drapes that harmonize beautifully with the interior design and the building’s architectural theme.

The bedroom features a cozy double bed, Japanese-style nightstands, and a dresser for added storage and a huge loft style mirror. Its own window opens to the building’s lightwell, providing excellent ventilation when needed. Linen and towels are included.
